Description :Recombinant human USP7 (560-end) was expressed in E.coli cells using an N-terminal GST tag.

Species :Human

Tag :GST tag

Expression System:E.coli

Sequence :560-end

Genbank Number :NM_003470

Purity :Sample Purity Data. For specific information on a given lot, see related technical data sheet.

Storage, Stability, and Shipping :Store product at –70oC. For optimal storage, aliquot target into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. For most favorable performance, avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

Applications :Kinase Assay, Western Blot, Enzyme Function Tests, Enzyme Assay

Molecular Weight :94 kDa

Gene Aliases :HAUSP; TEF1

Scientific Background :USP7 (also called HAUSP) deubiquitinates target proteins such as FOXO4, p53/TP53, MDM2, ERCC6, DNMT1, UHRF1, PTEN and DAXX. Together with DAXX, prevents MDM2 self-ubiquitination and enhances the E3 ligase activity of MDM2 towards p53/TP53, thereby promoting p53/TP53 ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation.
