GTPases & ATPases

SignalChem's Active GTPase and ATPase enzymes include Ras, Rac and Rho. In particular, Ras activates multiple intracellular pathways that inhibit apoptosis and promote cell growth and division. Due to its role in cell proliferation and survival, mutations that activate Ras are amongst the most common drivers of oncogenesis.

SignalChem's Active GTPases are tested exclusively using Promega's GTPase-Glo ™ Assay.
