Scientific Background :CLIK1L or PDLIM1 interacting kinase 1 like has a serine/threonine protein kinase catalytic domain that including a conserved active site signature and a protein kinase ATP-binding region which may interact with PDZ and LIM domain proteins. PDIK1L is highly expressed in human liver, kidney, pancreas, spleen, thymus, and prostate (1).
