Description : 5X stock solution of the buffer used for assaying protein methyltransferases.
Sterility : Buffer passed through a 0.2m filter membrane and packaged aseptically.
Storage, Stability and Shipping : Store product at –20oC. For optimal storage, aliquot buffer into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. For most favorable performance, avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles.
